Avoid unnecessary delays and return notice of incomplete application. JMPM Consultants can assist applicants in the completion of mandatory requirements to obtain approval for board and care and assisted living facility license. We will visit the proposed location, recommend facility renovations and upgrade to address the specific needs of ambulatory, non-ambulatory and/or bedridden residents. Included in the facility visit is drawing the exterior and interior sketches of the facility. The application package developed by JMPM shall contain a customized application package for your proposed facility which wll include, but are not limited to: Program Philosophy, Personnel Policies, Admission Policies, In-service Training for Staff, Medication Policies and Procedures, Elopment Protocol, Emergency Disaster Contingency Plans, Dementia Plan of Operation, Hospice Waiver, etc.
