In order to prevent recurrence of citations and deficiencies, JMPM Consultants will provide a comprehensive review of the over-all management and operation of the facility. The comprehensive evaluation shall include: evaluation of Administrative Records, Personnel and Resident Records, Physical Plant review, Resident Assessment of Restricted and Prohibited health Conditions, Medication Records, Medication Policies and Procedures, Staff Management and Supervision, Provision of Basic Services and Quality of Care. JMPM Consultants will assist current licensees in becoming pro-active, rather than re-active in maintaing compliance with the regulations.
